Technical Official Forum
The 2019 TO Forum was a resounding success and featured two very special guests; Simon Taufel (five-time International Cricket Council (ICC) Umpire of the Year) and Carlrine Gillespie (renowned NZ Technical Official, and 2018 NZ Technical Official of the Year).
