If your club or area committee changes throughout the season, please ensure you update this through your Entity on Swim Central.

Interstate swimming
Interstate competition clearances are no longer required for all online-entry-based meets, if travelling to Queensland, South Australia or Victoria to compete. When entering online through the Swim Central, only financial members are able to enter. This means they are covered by insurance and will be able to compete without a clearance.
International swimming
If you wish to train or compete overseas, you must submit an international clearance form to Swimming NSW to be authorised at state level. Swimming NSW will check your membership is in good standing and will forward your clearance on to Swimming Australia for final approval.
Once Swimming Australia approves your clearance, they will forward your clearance on to the appropriate overseas swimming federation. Click here for further information on the Swimming Australia International clearance Policy.

To assist Clubs and Areas Swimming NSW will also provide Member Protection Declaration Form templates which you can ask volunteers at your Club to complete prior to being involved in Club activities. These should be used if someone wants to volunteer and has not yet had a chance to complete the Working with Children Check or if your Club has decided not to ask its volunteers to complete the Working with Children Check.

School Swim Meet Policy for the Recognition of Qualifying Times
Request for Technical Officials
If your School or Zone require Technical Officials to attend your carnival, please fill in the form below.
Schools/Zone Technical Official Request Form (right-click --> 'copy link address' --> open in new tab/window)
This form will then be sent out to all Technical Officials in the Swimming NSW Database. If any Technical Official is available to attend on the day, they will contact you directly as instructed. Therefore, please ensure that the contact details on the request form are correct.
