Notice is hereby given that the 58th Annual General Meeting of Swimming New South Wales Limited will be held as follows:
Date Saturday 22 July 2023
Time 9.00 am
Venue Hybrid meeting - In person at Courtyard by Marriott North Ryde, 7-11 Talavera Road, North Ryde (first left on Talavera Road) or online via Zoom (details provided on the event page)

Nominations for Swimming NSW directors have now closed. The number of nominations does not exceed the number of vacancies. Successful candidates will be announced at the AGM.
Delegates will need to complete and return the Delegate Nomination Form by 5pm, Friday 14 July 2023.
Only registered Club Delegates will be eligible to attend the meeting. Delegates will be sent a link to the Zoom meeting upon receipt of the above form. The link to the form can also be found on the AGM event page.
Once available, should there be any questions in regard to the Agenda, Annual Report or Financial Report, it is requested that these be submitted to the office in writing prior to the meeting so that if any investigation is required, it can be undertaken so a response can be provided on the day.
