The Glen Innes Redfins are advertising for a talented Coach to lead their growing club program.

The Glen Innes Redfins is a strong club, hosting 160 members. Redfins is proud to have swimmers as young as 5 up to 35+. We encourage all levels of swimming ability and welcome new swimmers weekly. The swim squad is usually made of 30 swimmers with the potential to grow.

The 2021/22 season saw a number of swimmers make State level for school ( 9 for primary, 22 for High school), both Short course (6) and Long course (15) Country Championships, Masters Competition (1), strong presence at both Long Course(20) and Short Course(9) Area Champs, Speedo Sprint participants(4) and many local carnivals around our region. We had many Redfins gain Area Champion or Runner Up in the last swim season, a massive improvement from previous seasons.

The club board also works hard to provide opportunities for swimmers including carnival, Club Championships, development clinics and weekly Monday night competitions.

The Coach will be expected to challenge individual swimmers to achieve their swimming goals. The committee asks that the candidate work along side them to encourage swimmers and expand our ever-growing club.
