The last night of competition didn’t disappoint with some outstanding swims by the Mighty Blues! What a way to finish one of the most successful Australian Age Championships by NSW. Last night saw our medal tally swell by another 8 GOLD, 4 SILVER & 6 BRONZE…that brings the overall tally to an amazing 47 GOLD, 54 SILVER & 46 BRONZE…a total of 147 medals in one of the toughest age competitions in the world!
Also, to finish the meet there was the State Medley Relays…State versus State with NSW finishing with 3 GOLD & 1 BRONZE medal…yes we were the most successful State! With Day 1 State Freestyle relay medals, the total of medals won by NSW was 6 GOLD, 1 SILVER & 3 BRONZE…GO THE MIGHTY BLUES!
