NSW Trio help Australia Dominate Oceania

The NSW trio of Jessica Cole (West Illawarra – Coach Pat Stellino), Lillie McPherson (Manly – Coach Justin Rothwell) and Grayson Doig (Trinity Grammar – Coach Ben Tuxford) won a staggering 15 Gold medals between them over the 4 days of racing at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.

Leading the charge was Jessica Cole who completed a clean sweep of the Butterfly events winning the 50m, 100m and 200m. On top of that she secured another 4 Golds in the relays!

Lillie McPherson swam brilliantly to win Gold in the 100m and 200m Freestyle, Silver in the 50m Butterfly and the Bronze in the 100m Butterfly. She also won 4 Gold medals in the relays.

Grayson Doig won both his favourite events, winning in fine style he took Gold in both the 200m and 400m IM. He also picked up a Silver medal in the 4x100m mixed medley relay.

Congratulations to all three Mighty Blues swimmers and their coaches!
