How do I find a swimming club?


Click here to download a list of swim clubs affiliated with Swimming NSW.

Once you have found some clubs in your area, it’s best to contact the clubs directly. You will need to visit the club and speak to the coach/committee to see if the club is a good fit for you before you commit to registering with them.

How much does it cost to join a club?

Please note these fees do not include any area or club fees that may be applicable to your specific membership.

Please check with your club for further details.

Swimmer: $65 (+ club fee)

     From September 4 2017, the Swimming Australia/Swimming NSW fee will be $67.

Non-Swimmer: $19.50 (+ club fee)

     From September 4 2017, the Swimming Australia/Swimming NSW fee will be $20.50.

Junior Dolphin (7 Years & Under):  Free (+ club fee)

These fees are effective from now until 30 September 2017

Please note, memberships expire on the 30th of September of any given year. We do not offer pro-rated membership fees for late registration.


Membership Registration for New Members?

You can join as a new member or new family using the JOIN NOW! button at the top of the Swimming NSW website. Payment needs to be completed by credit or debit-credit card.

The 2017/2018 Season will begin on October 1, 2017. 

Please keep in mind the Join Now portal is only for swimmers who have never been a member of a Swimming Club in Australia.

Membership for Renewing Members 

Renewing members will need to go through the MyLANE portal.  

Use your User Name and Password details to logon. If you are unsure what these are please use the Forgot Password option or contact your Club.

Alternatively if you are unable to get in contact with your club, email admin@.nsw.swimming.org.au with your full name, club name, DOB and membership number if known.
