TAREE: 2025 NSW Country Regionals

• Open to all affiliated members of NSW Country Clubs. Members of NSW Metropolitan Clubs & other State Organisations are eligible to enter these meets but will swim as Visitors and will not be eligible to receive medals
• Long Course and Short Course times achieved since 1 October, 2023 can be used to enter this meet.
• Competitors must enter with their long course entry times where possible, however if you enter using a Short Course entry time you will be entered on the Qualifying Time for that event
• An approved qualifying time must have been achieved, uploaded and approved by the specified closing time and date of the meet
• Visitors are ineligible for all medals at Country Regional Championships.
• Payment must be made online at the time you process your entries
• Individual Entries - $10.00 per individual event (GST Inclusive)

No entry qualifying times are applicable except for the events listed in the table below.

800m & 1500m Freestyle entry times must be times achieved in a 400m Freestyle Event. Entries for these events must be placed manually via online form here. Manually entry forms must be received by 11.59pm on Tuesday 7th January 2025, or entries will not be processed. 

If you are a multi-class swimmer who wishes to swim the below events & do not meet the QT, please complete the online form here by no later than 11.59pm on Tuesday 7th January 2025. 

For swimmers entering the 1500m & 800m Freestyle events, the 400m Freestyle QT will be utilised and therefore entries cannot be placed via Swim Central.

Therefore, swimmers must place a manual entry via this online form by 11.59pm on Tuesday 7th January 2025, or entries will not be processed.

Working With Children Check

As of January 1st, 2015, it has become a requirement of the Sporting Organisation that all our staff, officials and volunteers have applied for a Working With Children Check.

If you have not yet completed this, you can apply for a WWC number HERE.

Please note: for volunteers (including volunteers and technical officials), this is free to obtain.

Swimming NSW recognise that situations will arise whereby a swimmer needs to be withdrawn from their events. Should you need to withdraw from your events, please follow the below process depending on your situation:

• Withdrawing due to illness or injury:
  • Email events@nsw.swimming.org.au with Swimmers Name, Club & Events they will be withdrawing from.
  • Include in your email a copy of a medical/Drs Certificate 
  •  Request a refund via your purchase orders in Swim Central.
  • Once the medical certificate has been sited by SNSW, the refund will be approved in Swim Central. 
• Withdrawal due to change of mind or availability:
  • Email events@nsw.swimming.org.au with Swimmers Name, Club & Events they will be withdrawing from
  • No Refund is provided in this situation
