GENERAL INFORMATION (Area dates below)

• This SNSW Swim Development Clinics are suitable for children who follow instructions in a group and embrace learning new skills.

• The Clinics have FREE registration although pool entry may be charged.

• Only full swimmer members of the Area can register for the Clinic held in their own area.

• Entries will be on Swim Central and the events in the Swim Central calendar (and also below).

• Entry Times apply based on 50m freestyle.

• Multi-Class Swimmers: Entry Times Apply. Swim Central will let you enter even without an entry time. Entry Times are based on a 50m freestyle time and MC Multi Class Point Score points required are 80 points for 9-11 years and 230 points for 12+ years

• Age as at the date of the clinic. Minimum age is 9 years.

• 9-11 year clinics will be held in the morning followed by the 12+ years in the afternoon.

• Places will be confirmed via email after the close of registrations.

• Maximum participation numbers at each clinic may vary according to allocated pool space.

• Confirmation emails will be forwarded to successful attendees AFTER the close of registrations.

• As positions are limited for Area Swim Development Clinics, if your position is confirmed and then you need to withdraw, swimmers are requested to notify us as soon as possible as there will be a Waiting List for the clinics and we would like to have all positions filled.

• 3 hour clinic including skills/drills and starts/dives.

• Theme: Focusing on Freestyle

• No late registrations will be accepted

• Coaches must register through Swim Central.

• Coaches are encouraged and welcome to attend and assist – minimum coaching level is Foundation.

• Coaches will be awarded PD points for their services.

• Coaches are welcome to attend from outside the Area.
