This event will be held on Saturday October 13, 2018 commencing at 9:00am at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.

Entries

Meet conducted under the rules of Swimming New South Wales Ltd.

Meet restricted to Area Achiever Squad members with entries forwarded to Swimming New South Wales by the Area Squad Coordinator as E-Entry File.

Swimmers who were selected into their Area’s Squad at the age of 16 that will be 17 at the time of the meet will be allowed to enter the meet.

Individual Entries:  A maximum of 400 entries for each Area

Relay Entries: A maximum of five teams per age group for each Area.  Mixed Relays - two members of either sex.

Entries close 5pm on Tuesday 2nd October 2018 (no entry fee).  NO LATE ENTRIES OR INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Relays

A maximum of five teams per age group for each Area

Mixed Relays – two members of either sex

PLEASE NOTE:  Swimming NSW requires that all Relay Swimmers Names must be entered into the Meet on the Area’s E-Entry File by the closing date.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you wish to make any changes to your relay team, an updated relay form must be submitted to the Chief Recorder on race day prior to the start of the session in which the event will be contested. If you are adding new swimmers, you must include their DOB. Relay forms are not required if you are not making any changes.

Ticket Information & Seating Arrangements

Entry in to the venue is free for all competitors and spectators.

Programs will be on sale inside the venue.

Please adhere strictly to the Seating Plan for each Area to avoid any congestion at the venue.

Working With Children Check

As of January 1st, 2015, it has become a requirement of the Sporting Organisation that all our staff, officials and volunteers have applied for a Working With Children Check.

If you have not yet completed this, you can apply for a WWC number HERE.

Please note: for volunteers (including volunteers and technical officials), this is free to obtain.

Parking

Spectators are entitled to $15 Carnival flat rate parking if you park in P2 (the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre carpark).  Please ensure that you have your ticket validated at the front entrance to the pool to secure this Carnival rate. 

Please note: if you park in the overflow area which requires you to "pay and display" you will not be eligible to receive the Carnival $15 flat rate parking
