2022 Swimming NSW Special General Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of Swimming New South Wales Limited will be held as follows:

Date: Sunday 11th December 2022

Time: 1.00pm

Venue: Hybrid Meeting – Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic or virtually Online*, Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park

The papers for the Meeting are now available below;

• Agenda for the Special General Meeting to be held on 11th December 2022
• Minutes for the 57th Annual General Meeting held on 23rd July 2022
• SNSW Special General Meeting Notice of Motions
• Delegate Nomination Form

Delegates will need to complete and return the Delegate Nomination Form by 5.00pm Friday 2nd December 2022.

Only registered Club Delegates will be eligible to attend the meeting.

We encourage all attendees to the read the attached Swimming NSW Zoom Meeting Guide ahead of the meeting (available here), which provides an overview of how to use Zoom and also how to participate in the Swimming NSW SGM.
